This a fundamental journey where you get to learn to train the muscle of feeling and learn how you can USE these feelings – Anger, sadness, joy and fear- to design the life you are truly desiring. When an emotion arise you will KNOW how to process it and extract the nectar out of it for your own healing and expansion.
Sexual healing and Body Connection
This is the descent in the body where we will awaken somatically with breathe, sound, mouvement and touch all the energy that have been stagnating for decades inside of your body, womb and yoni. A true reclamation of your feminine power resides in this phase.
